Meeting of the Minds

Şişecam Trakya Cam stand was at the Glasstec trade fair, considered the world’s largest international trade fair for glassware and suppliers. It was created by bringing together 346 pieces of glass panels in a 275 square meter area and
5 meters in height.

It was aimed to meet Şişecam Trakya Cam’s high production power and product variety with brand values such as environmentalist and energy efficiency with the stand called “Meeting of the Minds”. The close relationship of nature with the material has inspired the design of the stand.

The meeting areas, which describe the ways in which a large industrialist does business, define the theme of the architectural content of the stand.

The walls, which consist of dynamism-associated creative glass panes that surround each of the interview areas, make these areas a focus. These areas, which are perceived as powerful monumental structures from the outside, are designed as a means of reflecting out of the way of doing business, with their outer surfaces turning into an installation area showing display and production power.

It creates a fascinating glass forest feel while symbolizing the high production volume with the natural texture that many linear glass panes pass over each other.

The abstract forest feeling created throughout the stand was also evaluated as a reflection of Şişecam’s environmentally friendly breakthroughs and accompanying corporate image.
